The French Institute in Prague is looking for an intern to join its Campus France team from October 1st to 24th, 2025. It will be a 90-hour internship, with a remuneration of 3359 czk.
The main mission will be to assist me in the promotion of studies in France, especially during the Gaudeamus student fair from October 21st to 24th in Brno.
The knowledge of French is not a prerequisite, even if it would be a huge asset, as we are looking above all for a native Czech speaker.
The student must be able to get a placement agreement signed between their university and the French Institute in Prague.

International Staff Week at VIVES from 24 to 28 November 2025
Dear colleague, dear friend
We are pleased to invite you to our International Staff Week (ISW) at VIVES – Commercial Sciences, Business Management and Applied Informatics in Kortrijk, Belgium, from 24 to 28 November 2025.
Our event is an excellent opportunity to boost your international network by meeting our staff as well as close to 40 foreign colleagues from at least 15 different countries all over the world. In order to offer as many partner institutions as possible a chance to attend, we generally allow only two delegates, exceptionally three, from one university.
You can apply as guest lecturer for our second-year students in our bachelor (EQF level 6) or our associate degree (EQF level 5) programmes in Business Management, Organisation & Management and Applied Informatics. You are requested to bring an interactive workshop in which you set our students to work on a case in your field. More about our format and registration can be found here.
You can apply as of now, submitting your idea (50 to 100 words) for your workshop. Registration will be open until Sunday 28 September but please don’t leave it until last minute. We will be in touch if we need more information or if your proposal is not the best fit for our students. Acceptance of your proposal will be confirmed as soon as possible and no later than Friday, October 3.

Scholarship Programme of the Liberec Region
The Trilateral Scholarship Program is an international educational initiative aimed at promoting cooperation between the Czech Republic (TUL), Germany (Saxony), Poland (Lower Silesia), and global partners from Africa, Asia, and Latin America. The program is coordinated by the Liberec Region (KULK) and the Technical University of Liberec (TUL). Its goal is to explore global opportunities, identify collaboration potential in the field of innovation, and strengthen professional exchange in the trilateral border region.

We are pleased to invite your students to participate in the upcoming Blended Intensive Program (BIP) titled "Technical Communication For All", hosted by ISCAP – Polytechnic of Porto in July 2025.
This Erasmus+ BIP is an exciting opportunity for students to gain foundational skills in technical communication, a field that is increasingly vital in today’s digital and technological environment.
Participants will explore core topics such as:
