Staff Week on Sustainable Development, 20-24 of May, 2024

The summer university programs of the University of Dunaújváros 2024
We are pleased to inform you that the application time period to the summer school programs of our University of Dunaújváros in 2024 has just been opened.
The time period of our summer university: from 22nd July to 2nd August 2024.
The venue of the program is the campus of the University of Dunaújváros.(Address: Táncsics M. u. 1/A, Dunaújváros, Hungary)
The higher educational institution offers the following programs in the frames of the summer university:
- Construction and Maintenance of Nuclear Power Plants
- Globalization, International Management and Sustainability
- Intercultural Communication and Negotiation Techniques
During the days of the program accommodation is offered to the students within the campus, in our university student hostels.

Staff week University of Murcia: 22-26 April 2024
University of Murcia has launched a new edition of the Staff Training Week that will take place from 22 to 26 April 2024.
We are offering six different programmes addressed to different university target groups:
- Staff working in Libraries,
- Staff working in IT Services,
- Staff involved in Diversity and Volunteering Services,
- Intensive Spanish Course (20 hours), B1 level, open to staff members with a minimum of A2 level.
- Staff involved in International Relations, Office (BIP format),
- To everybody: "Digital Wellbeing" (BIP Format).
The programme for International Relations Offices and the programme "Digital Wellbeing" will be organised as a Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP) and all selected participants will have to attend an online session before (16th April at 14:30 p.m).
The topics selected for our BIP programme is "Towards a seamless mobility". As members of the mobility group our commitment is to increase the number and the quality of mobilities across the alliance. This BIP can be a tool to discuss certain topics and learn from others.

BIP on Circular Economy 2024 - University of Porto
The Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP) is glad to announce the 2nd edition of the BIP on Circular Economy, together with the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya-Barcelona Tech, Spain, and the University of Naples Federico II, Italy.

This BIP is aimed at Master's and PhD students interested in the field of engineering, technology or science who wish to complement their knowledge in the area of circular economy through alternative pedagogical methodologies that combine distance and face-to-face teaching activities through a period of mobility.
The curricular unit includes 81 total hours, where 26 contact hours are distributed by one week (16 h) of presential activities, including field visits, talks, and group work, and 10 hours of virtual sessions, including the introductory session, talks/seminars with experts, presentation and pre-analysis of the case studies and final presentations of the assignments.
The teaching and pedagogical program will allow the students to:
- understand the concept of circular economy, main principles, actions, and models;
- analyze the current linear models, based on practical cases, and review them in light of the circular economy;
- identify opportunities for improvement in current processes and products;
- develop and influence new relations of production, distribution, and consumption;
- develop transversal competencies, such as problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, and leadership through interdisciplinary group work.

Summer School offer 2024 at the Technische Hochschule Nürnberg
We’re happy to announce the Ohm International Summer School 2024 (Ohm-ISS) which will take place from 15-26 July on the campus in Nuremberg, Germany.

The Ohm-ISS offers students from around the world an opportunity to delve into exciting topics in an intercultural environment.
The full Ohm-ISS experience comprises 4 different course options to choose from and a varied cultural and leisure programme for all participants in the summer school. There is also a basic option available.
