we are delighted to invite you to a Staff Week ‘Supporting those who support others – taking care of wellbeing and professional skills of experts’, designed to foster strategic connections and explore the art of communication across generations. This is your chance to immerse yourself in an engaging programme that promises to both inspire and co-create!  

This year's Staff Week will feature a dynamic lineup of activities: 

• Workshops:  
• How to deal with difficult or conflict situations in the workplace and beyond 

• Flexibility and the ability to set boundaries as the key to combining different areas of life 

• What is gender and diversity mainstreaming, or intersectionality in everyday life and research

Presentations:  

• UNIC – why i sit more than just a project?
• Working with Generation Z 

• Using social media as a promotional and communication tool 

• Job Shadowing: Take the opportunity to observe UniLodz professionals in their workplace and exchange best practices 

• Co-creation: Have some group sessions with other specialists of your area of interest and discuss possible collaboration 

• Ice-breaking activities and tour: Ease into conversations and build a sense of community right from the start

Why should you attend?  

The University of Lodz is a member of the UNIC Alliance. You will have the opportunity to discover the essence of capacity building with UNIC partners and gain insight into our mission and vision. During the Staff Week you will foster meaningful conversations and build a strong sense of community among the participants. This event will focus on co-creation and possible networking within UNIC but also share some interesting workshops for your personal growth that supports balancing your daily work and home life. We will explore the areas of matching interest in international cooperation, recognise needs and objectives to build grounds for joint initiatives.  The event is open to other University of Lodz partners as well!

Stipendijní nabídka:

Vietnam: Studijní a přednáškové pobyty pro VŠ pedagogy v akademickém roce 2026/2027

Stipendia jsou udělována pro pobyty v délce 2 až 4 týdny; hostitelskou univerzitu si uchazeč volí sám; přesný termín realizace pobytu záleží na dohodě uchazeče s příslušnou hostitelskou institucí.

Žádosti do výběrového řízení na české straně (MŠMT) je nutné podat přes portál Studuj na VŠ do 27.3. 2026. Úspěšní uchazeči budou následně vyzváni k dodání podkladů pro řízení na vietnamské straně (dokumenty v AJ, viz detail výzvy) do 6.4.2026. Seriózním zájemcům doporučujeme, aby si dokumenty pro vietnamskou stranu začali připravovat co nejdříve, přestože se v prvním kole nevyžadují.

Centrum celoživotního vzdělávání FP TUL a Vnitřní jazyková škola TUL vás srdečně zve na nový kurz mandarínštiny, který povede lektorka Jia Hong Jian. Kurz je určen všem studentům i zaměstnancům Technické univerzity v Liberci, kteří chtějí proniknout do tajů čínského jazyka a kultury.
