It would be our pleasure to invite you to the " Staff Training Week Courses: English, Legal English, Spanish, ICT, Creativity, Sustainable Living, Inclusion -Integration and Multidiversity, Yoga and Meditation for educators, CLIL, SEN, organized by SpainBcn-Programs in Barcelona, which will take place throughout 2025-2026, under the Erasmus + Program for teachers and staff, the Staff Training Mobility.

We have offered the Staff Training Week Language courses since 2014. 

During the course you will have the opportunity not only to strengthen your language skills but also to connect with and establish partnerships with other universities. You will be able to meet other International faculty members and staff and, of course, you will have plenty of time to see beautiful Barcelona. There are two afternoon excursions free, included as part of the package.

Course Highlights:

Location:  At SpainBcn-School in BARCELONA, MALLORCA, CANARIAS,MALAGA and TARRAGONA
In Barcelona: the Staff Training Week Courses usually take place in the iconic neighborhood of Barcelona (Barcelona beach area) and in the picturesque neighborhood of Gracia
Duration: 5 days / 10 days
Total Hours:  20 immersive learning hours / 25 hours
5 week-days from Monday to Friday  = 1 week 20 / 25 hours, or 7 days or  10 week-days (40 / 50 hours)

Dear students,

We are excited to announce our brand new program ‘ Delightful Late Summer Edition Cyprus 2025’ The program will take place between 23^rd - 30^th August 2025 in Kyrenia North Cyprus.

’SEA - SUN - SAND - LEARN - EARN & FUN’ is the Motto of the Program!

Digital Marketing Course 3 ECTS - Blended Mobility will be delivered during the program. Students are expected to arrive either at Larnaka or Ercan Airports on the 23rd of August and we will provide transfers from the airport to Oscar Resort Hotel. 990 Euro Fee of the program covers, 7 nights of accommodation at Oscar resort Hotel, Breakfast, lunch and dinners during the program and airport transfers. There will also be a full day sight seeing tour during the program. Classes will be at our Cyprus Aydin University Campus in Kyrenia.

University students from both undergraduate and graduate programs can apply to this program. Application is online and it takes minutes to enroll.

August 23 Saturday  (Arrival in Cyprus) - August 30 Saturday (Departure from Cyprus)

Social Activity Program:
Delightful Late Summer Edition Cyprus comes with a rich social activities program that enables students to discover nearly all attractions in both cities while they continue their studies. Click here for full details.

Scholarship scheme:

1. We offer 1 full scholarship on the program fee to our partner institute (can be granted to a student or to a faculty member) for every 10 paid bookings we receive from your institution.

2. We grant 50% scholarship on the program fee for every 5 paid bookings we receive from your institution. (you may nominate the 6th student to get this grant)

Dear Colleagues,

It’s been a pleasure to announce that we are organising our 3^rd International Staff Training Week (ESOGU ISTW 2025) between 12-16 May 2025.

The event is open only for the attandance of the academic staff.

As the program includes BTB networking sessions, we request all attandants to present a project idea that has the potential to be turned into a proposal. You will find  attached the “Project Idea Template” which needs to be filled and sent to our e-mail address until 2^nd May 2025.

All the activities will be held in English and a minimum B2 level is recommended.  Depending on the number of applications we may offer a limited number of places and restrict the number of participants from the same university. Participation in the Staff Week can be funded by Erasmus+ grants provided by the home university of the participant.
