V souladu se směrnicí děkana EF  TUL č. 2/2023 Zásady tvorby a čerpání prostředků z Fondu mobility EF TUL byla otevřena výzva pro předkládání žádostí o cestovní granty na akademický rok 2024/2025.

Termín pro podání žádosti: do 15. září 2024

Formuláře žádostí jsou na stránkách EF TUL, v sekci Vnitřní předpisy a normy.  

Ze zdrojů FOM EF TUL lze poskytnout podporu:

a) studentovi prezenční formy studia na EF TUL (po celé období studijního pobytu v zahraničí musí být student řádně zapsán ke studiu na EF TUL, nemůže tedy studium ukončit ani přerušit před ukončením pobytu v zahraničí) na vzdělávací instituci, se kterou má TUL nebo EF TUL uzavřeno memorandum o spolupráci nebo obdobný typ dohody (dále „MoU“) a na níž nelze pobyt financovat z jiných zdrojů (nelze žádat na pobyt na instituci, s níž je možná mobilita v rámci Erasmus+),

b) akademickému nebo vědeckému pracovníkovi, který má hlavní pracovní poměr na základě pracovní smlouvy s TUL, jeho rozúčtování k EF TUL činí 100 % a má k univerzitě pracovní poměr ve výši minimálně 50 % úvazku,

c) zahraničnímu akademickému nebo vědeckému pracovníkovi prostřednictvím garanta pobytu tohoto pracovníka na EF TUL.

Další podrobnosti jsou k dispozici ve směrnici, rozdělení prostředků bude respektovat PRIORITY dle článku 2, bod 1 směrnice.

University of Minho in Portugal organizes Blended Intensive Program (BIP) "TURNING IDEAS INTO BUSINESSES" with an interesting teaching, learning and research
topic relevant for students, academics, staff and researchers. An extended network with the participation and collaboration of several universities will leverage the development of new editions and the relevance and impact of the course.

It is expected a number of 30 participants and there are still vacancies. If there are any students available to participate, they will be very welcome. As well as eventual tutors to lead the students’ group.

The sending institution can allocate Erasmus mobility grants for BIP which will help to cover the expenses (June 24-28, 2024). Being an Erasmus Studies, it offers an academic recognition of 5 ECTS.

Important information on the BIP:

1. The course is to be offered in a b-learning mode during 10 weeks between May 21 and July 23, 2024.
2. The online/Synchronous/Asynchronous sessions will be available online from May 21, 2024.
3. The face-to-face sessions will take place from June 24 to 28, 2024 at University of Minho, Guimarães (Portugal).
4. Applications take place between May 1 and 3, 2024.
5. The publication of application results will take place until May 8, 2024.
6. Registration takes place between May 13 and 15, 2024.
7. Students at the 2^nd cycle level in the areas of engineering, science, management and similar areas may apply to enroll in the course.
8. In accordance with the rules of the Erasmus+ Program and the provisions of the organization of the BIP, admitted candidates are exempt from paying fees.

Organization will cover costs related to meals, transfers (OPORTO airport - UMinho Guimarães - OPORTO airport), materials and visits during the week of June 24-28. About accommodation, at the UMinho residence there are dormitories which will be available for this activity (aprox. €15/night). However, you can find several other options available in Guimarães.

Speak Dating (11:00 - 13:00): Možnost seznámení se s různými jazyky a kulturami. Návštěvníci budou mít příležitost poznat zahraniční studenty a pedagogy naší univerzity.

Místo konání: Univerzitní náměstí (v případě nepříznivého počasí – prostor před kantýnou na budově F).

Průvod s vlajkami (14:00): Společný průvod s vlajkami Liberce k oslavě rozmanitosti a jednoty.
