Dear Czechia Partners and Friends:

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is pleased to announce that applications for the fully funded Paul Robitschek Scholarship for Czechia students is now open!

The 2026-2027 awardees will have the unique opportunity to be on campus with us for the 30th Anniversary of the Robitschek Scholarship.  With a thriving and robust alumni group of nearly 100 members, we encourage you to read more about Paul Robitschek and his legacy in the attached pdf.

We would greatly appreciate your help in sharing news of the open application with prospective students, friends, and interested colleagues, which will support our efforts to generate a robust applicant pool.

Nebraska is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 Paul Robitschek Scholarship program!

Application requirements and scholarship features are outlined on the attached poster.

Applicants should submit the following:

  • Letter of Interest
  • Résumé/Vitae with Mailing Address, Email, Date of Birth
  • Essay Responses
  • University Transcript(s)
  • English Proficiency Scores (TOEFL, IELTS, ACT/SAT, Duolingo)

Complete the application at https://go.unl.edu/robitschek-app prior to the deadline of February 15, 2026

Finalists will be invited to interview virtually via Zoom with the selection committee in late-February or early-March.

We are writing to briefly follow up on our email of October regarding the 4th International Summer School on Innovative Entrepreneurship, taking place 20–30 April 2026 in Bruges and Kortrijk.

Applications are still open, and we are pleased to share that we have already received registrations from students from around the world. We would be very grateful if you could still share this opportunity with your students. Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings form Vytautas Magnus University (VMU), Kaunas, Lithuania!

We are pleased to inform you that we still have a few places remaining for the upcoming Erasmus+ Teaching Week and we would like to share the invitation with your academic staff to share their knowledge and experience with VMU students and staff from the 20th to 24th of April, 2026.

Please find attached (Subject Topics-Fields) the list of subject fields / topics that we would like your academic staff to teach on. Apart from teaching activities, VMU will offer social activities to all incoming lecturers, please find the updated tentative programme attached (Tentative Staff Teaching Programme).

All interested lecturers shall fill out the application form until 31st of January, 2026. Please note that number of the offered places is limited, the results of selected applications will be announced on 10th of February. The exact topic/s and time of class will be agreed on at the later stage after the application of participant is confirmed.

Please notice that the mobilities shall be implemented in line with our Erasmus+ Interinstitutional Agreement.

We are pleased to announce that Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences will host another International Staff Training (https://www.hs-kl.de/en/international/international-office/from-abroad/international-staff-training-in).
This time our programme will focus on “Best Practice Days: Inspire. Connect. Achieve. International Marketing in Higher Education”.

When?
17 - 19 March 2026

What?
We offer an exchange on the topic of international marketing for universities in a motivating atmosphere.

How?
The staff training will take place at two of our university locations, Kaiserslautern and Zweibrücken. Our interactive and varied programme will consist of workshops, presentations, best practice examples and discussions with international colleagues. Participants will be cordially invited to contribute to the programme on a voluntary basis by giving a workshop or presentation. Be there and join us!

Costs:
There is a participation fee of €150.

Česko-německý fond budoucnosti vypisuje stipendia na jedno- až dvousemestrální pobyty na německých univerzitách a vysokých školách. 

Stipendijní program je určen pro studentky a studenty bakalářských, magisterských a doktorských studijních programů se zájmem o česko-německá témata.

Nejdůležitější informace:

Výše stipendia:

900 €/měsíc pro studenty magisterských a doktorských studijních programů

650 €/měsíc pro studenty bakalářských studijních programů

Navíc jednorázový příspěvek na studijní materiály a cestovní výlohy ve výši 900 €, resp. 650 €

Délka pobytu: 1 až 2 semestry

Uzávěrka přihlášek: 31. ledna 2026 pro pobyty v akademickém roce 2026/27
