Scholarship Programme of the Liberec Region
The Trilateral Scholarship Program is an international educational initiative aimed at promoting cooperation between the Czech Republic (TUL), Germany (Saxony), Poland (Lower Silesia), and global partners from Africa, Asia, and Latin America. The program is coordinated by the Liberec Region (KULK) and the Technical University of Liberec (TUL). Its goal is to explore global opportunities, identify collaboration potential in the field of innovation, and strengthen professional exchange in the trilateral border region.

We are pleased to invite your students to participate in the upcoming Blended Intensive Program (BIP) titled "Technical Communication For All", hosted by ISCAP – Polytechnic of Porto in July 2025.
This Erasmus+ BIP is an exciting opportunity for students to gain foundational skills in technical communication, a field that is increasingly vital in today’s digital and technological environment.
Participants will explore core topics such as:
- Basics of Technical Communication
- Document Types, Definitions, and User/Task Analysis
- Visual Highlight of Features
- Web Accessibility Guidelines

- Face-to-Face Week in Porto: 7th – 11th July 2025

Two blended programs for students at Romanian-American University in Bucharest!

- one week at the Black Sea

- seminars: daily sessions led by experts in law enforcement, legal research, cybersecurity, or AI.
- workshops: practical activities on using cyber-security tools, AI applications, data analysis, and investigative techniques to tackle potential organised crime groups/human trafficking cases
- discussions: engage at a multidisciplinary group level to discuss current challenges and solutions
- networking: opportunities to connect with peers, lecturers, and stakeholders committed to fighting cyber organised crime and human trafficking
- projects: team-based projects where participants will apply their learning to propose and develop a solution to a specific challenge related to human trafficking, cyber-crime, and AI
- field and cultural activity: weekend cultural visits in Bucharest and field trip to Danube Delta.
