Realizace výjezdu

Veškeré potřebné dokumenty sloužící k realizaci Vaší zaměstnanecké mobility naleznete v zaměstnaneckém intranetu pod tímto odkazem.

Jako první krok je třeba kontaktovat vybranou zahraniční instituci, se kterou si domluvíte termín a podmínky. Následně vyplníte Mobility Agreement, podepíšete a přinesete nám. My dokument též podepíšeme a zajistíme podpis univerzitního koordinátora. Poté ho budete moci odeslat zahraniční instituci, od které potřebujete zbývající poslední podpis J. Až budete mít potvrzeno všemi stranami, nám stačí scan.

Od tohoto okamžiku můžete začít řešit Účastnickou smlouvu, tu si předvyplníte a dořešíte s paní Huličkovou (stejně tak jako vyplacení financí, pojištění atd.).

Po návratu už pak jen dodáte originál Confirmation od Erasmus+ teaching/training period potvrzený zahraniční institucí (poslední den fyzické mobility).

The Romanian-American University will hold from the 28th of June to the 7th of July the second edition of the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “International Summer School in Travel, Tourism and Aviation" organised by the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.     

The training level of the human capital represents an essential requirement for ensuring the success of companies in the field of Travel, Tourism and Aviation. In this context, companies are looking for professionals with solid knowledge, in order to understand the peculiarities of the operations related to this fields and with the capacity to apply the theory using creative and innovative methods.

The main objective of the Summer School in Travel, Tourism and Aviation is to provide students a clear image on the overall dynamics of the industries. The program focuses on developing specific and multidisciplinary competences, as well as cognitive and practical cognitive abilities. The event is addressed especially to students with backgrounds in tourism, hospitality and aviation, but it is not limited to them.

Please check the provisional program in the document attached, which includes both academic and cultural activities.Highlights of the program:   

  • Physical mobility: 28th  of June – 7th  of July,
  • Virtual meeting: 22nd  of July (online),
  • 1 week at the Black Sea, 3 days in Bucharest, 1 day online,
  • 5 ECTS,
  • International Guest Professors, general managers from travel, tourism and aviation,
  • Project based courses and practical activities, simulation games, study visits,
  • Sea survival training at Tuzla airport,
  • Cultural activities.

Dear colleague, dear friend

We are pleased to invite you to our *International Staff Week at VIVES–Commercial Sciences, Business Management and Informatics in Kortrijk, Belgium, from 18 to 22 November 2024.

Our event is an excellent opportunity to boost your international network by meeting our staff as well as close to*40 foreign colleagues from at least 15 different countries all over the world*.You also get to work with our second year bachelor students from our programmes in Business and Organisation & Management and Applied Informatics. As guest lecturer, you are asked to bring an interactive workshop in which you set our students to work on a case in your field.

You can apply as of now, submitting your idea (brief outline) for your workshop.

Registration will be open until Sunday 29 September but please don’t leave it until last minute. We need time to find out if we can find you an audience or if your idea needs some tweaking so both you and the students get the best out of this encounter. Acceptance of your proposal will be confirmed no later than Wednesday, October 3.
