The New Czech | German | Polish Scholarship Programme
The Trilateral Scholarship Program is an international educational initiative aimed at promoting cooperation between the Czech Republic (TUL), Germany (Saxony), Poland (Lower Silesia), and global partners from Africa, Asia, and Latin America. The program is coordinated by the Liberec Region (KULK) and the Technical University of Liberec (TUL). Its goal is to explore global opportunities, identify collaboration potential in the field of innovation, and strengthen professional exchange in the trilateral border region.

Scholarship Programme
Who is the program for:
- 3 scholarship holders from each trilateral country (CZ, DE, PL)
 - 2 scholarship holders from Africa
 - 2 scholarship holders from Latin America
 - 2 scholarship holders from Asia
 
The program is intended for students who are nationals of the participating countries or regions in Africa, Latin America, or Asia. The scholarship is designed to support their studies at TUL and professional internships in Germany and Poland. A prerequisite is the successful completion of the first year of study in a bachelor’s program (BSP), the first semester in a follow-up master’s program (NMSP), or the first year in a doctoral program (DSP).
Each student from CZ, DE, PL receives €600/month + €210 one-time for a 5-month semester (housing, food + transport allowance). Each student from third countries receives €850/month + €1700 one-time for a 5-month semester (housing, food, health insurance + transport allowance).
