Invitation for Summer School at Aalto University!
Get a taste of summer school with our newly launched video! We welcomed over 200 students on Aalto University campus from 30 different nationalities. Our students deep-dived into topics like machine learning, sustainable biomaterials, digital business strategies, climate change and architecture.
If summer feels too far away, our popular course Digital Business is held this spring and summer.
The application period for March 2023 opens on 10.10.2022.

We are planning a bunch of activities available for both administrative and didactic staff for examplean Open Letterpress Workshop, Hydeparksessions where you can propose a small 20-min lecture or a full class to our students and a Poster exhibition which you can get involved in virtually by sending us your work via Internet. AKTION ČR Výzva k předkládání žádostí o poskytnutí dotace „Podpora projektů spolupráce českých a rakouských vzdělávacích institucí terciárního sektoru“ pro rok 2023
S potěším Vás informujeme, že MŠMT zveřejnilo Výzvu k předkládání žádostí o poskytnutí dotace „Podpora projektů spolupráce českých a rakouských vzdělávacích institucí terciárního sektoru“ pro rok 2023.
Nejbližší termín pro podání návrhu projektu pro rok 2023 je 31. 10. 2022.
Pro projekty v roce 2023 jsou k dispozici aktualizované Pokyny pro sestavení návrhů projektů 2023 včetně zvýšených sazeb na pobytové náklady v ČR.
AKTION ČR – Rakousko podporuje celou řadu projektových aktivit jako společné vědecké akce pro studenty (např. semináře nebo odborné exkurze), bilaterální vědecké akce jako sympozia, odborná zasedání a workshopy, a mnoho dalších. Celý seznam naleznete na stránkách programu AKTION ČR-Rakousko.
Společný česko-rakouský návrh projektu podává rektorát české VŠ jako přílohu k Žádosti o dotaci do sídla Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy do 31. 10. 2022.
Zájemci o projektovou spolupráci se mohou také informovat o podmínkách podání návrhu projektu na webináři 14. 9. 2022. Prosíme o registraci nejpozději dva dny před konáním webináře.

Invitaion RAU Guest Courses Program / Erasmus+ Teaching mobilities
Dear Partners & Colleagues,
The Romanian-American University has the pleasure to announce launching a new edition of RAU Guest Courses Program for the academic year 2022-2023.
The program intends to open a mobility window by welcoming guest professors from our partner universities to give lectures, courses, or seminars in the following fields:
- Computer Science
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Tourism
- Management
- Marketing
- Law
- Sports
- Kinesiology

The program is in line with our “Internationalisation at home” strategy, that aims to bring an international dimension to our non-mobile students, by welcoming foreign professors and practitioners from our partner universities and institutions, to share their knowledge and expertise.
This will also be an opportunity for the coordinators and academic staff of our partners to enhance the cooperation between our universities, to share best practices, to teach in an intercultural environment, or to attend lectures and seminars.
Program details:
For a higher impact, the guest courses are organized during the teaching period of the academic year:
- for the fall semester: between October 15 and December 15
- for the spring semester: between March 1 and May 15
The teaching activities are usually organized as one-week intensive courses, of 8 to 12 teaching hours (the minimum number of teaching hours depends on the framework of exchange: e.g. for Erasmus+ STA the minimum is 8 h / week). Our suggestion is to plan an intensive course for 4/5 days, 2-2.5 hours/day.
The professors interested in participating should submit their proposals of titles and content for the course. We suggest planning a general course, open to a diversity of participants (since this is going to be an extra-curricular course, it will be open to all our students, therefore the students might have different backgrounds).
Besides the teaching activities, the program will also include meetings with the academic staff from the relevant departments, as well as other social events, with the possibility to organize cultural trips outside Bucharest.
The participants are expected to cover their accommodation, travel, and subsistence costs through an Erasmus teaching mobility grant or other funds (please refer to your Erasmus+ office for further information).
