We are excited to invite you to our International Staff Week from 1 – 5 December 2025 in Dornbirn, Austria!

From Systems to Stories

Building smooth processes for students in internationalisation and student services

Participants can choose between two parallel tracks:

Track A: Internationalisation & Mobility Services
for colleagues working in student exchange, international partnerships, nd global engagement strategies.

This track offers space for reflection, exchange, and inspiration on strategic and operational topics in internationalisation.

Thematic sessions include:

· From Systems to Stories – Best Practices in Internationalisation

· Motivating Students for International Experiences

· Digitalising Mobility – Insights from five years of Erasmus Without Paper (EWP)

· Evaluating Your Partner Network – Looking Ahead Strategically

Track B: Student Services & Administration
for colleagues working in admissions, student records, curriculum planning, or academic advising – especially those involved with international students or programmes.

Focusing on the student journey and administrative workflows, this track presents examples and ideas for future-ready support services.

Thematic sessions include:

· Centralising vs. Decentralising – Rethinking the Application Process

· From Enrolment to Engagement – Attracting and Retaining International Students

· Processes in the Student Life Cycle – Microcredentials and Short Learning Opportunities

· From First Contact to Student Status – Managing the Applicant Journey

Each track includes interactive sessions, institutional case studies, and time for networking.

Plus: Enjoy the magical winter atmosphere and Christmas market in Dornbirn!
