International Staff Week 2026 at VIVES University of Applied Sciences (Belgium)
We would like to inform academic staff about an opportunity to participate in the International Staff Week (ISW) hosted by VIVES University of Applied Sciences in Kortrijk, Belgium.
The event will take place from 23 to 27 November 2026 and will bring together approximately 40 university staff members from more than 15 countries worldwide. The programme offers an excellent opportunity to expand international networks, exchange good practices, and develop new academic partnerships.
Participants are invited to contribute as guest lecturers by delivering an interactive workshop for second-year students in one of the following study areas:
- Business Management
- Organisation & Management
- Wellbeing and Vitality Management
- Applied Informatics
Workshops should include active student participation, such as group assignments, case studies, or other interactive teaching methods.
Application deadline: 13 September 2026
Workshop proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and applicants will be informed of the outcome no later than 23 September 2026.
Please note that participation is generally limited to a maximum of two delegates per partner institution.
