Blended Intensive Programme: Leading in Times of Change

The University of Novo mesto, Faculty of Organizational Studies (Slovenia) invites students and academic staff to participate in the international Blended Intensive Programme (BIP):

Leading in Times of Change: People, Work, and the Future of Organizations

The programme will bring together an international group of students and academic staff to explore how organizations, people and work are changing in today’s rapidly evolving world.

Through a combination of online learning, interactive activities and an international on-site experience in Novo mesto, participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, develop practical skills, explore new perspectives and establish international academic and professional connections.

Why participate?

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• learn in an international and multicultural environment,
• exchange knowledge, ideas and best practices with participants from different countries,
• work on real-world challenges related to people, work and organizations,
• develop practical knowledge and skills,
• build new international academic and professional connections,
• experience Slovenia and the city of Novo mesto.

Who can participate?

The programme is open to students and academic staff from Erasmus+ partner institutions, as well as participants from other institutions interested in the programme.

The on-site part of the programme will take place in Novo mesto, Slovenia, in May 2027.
